TAPROOM BAR STAFF

We’re looking for at least two enthusiastic people to work part-time during the busy periods in our Taproom. These are 5pm-9pm on Thursdays and Fridays and 12/2pm to 6pm on Saturdays. Each role would be around 8 to 10 hours per week.

Experience isn’t essential but attitude, character and the desire to provide great hospitality and service are. We need flexible and reliable people who will work successfully with our existing team, doing whatever needs to be done to keep the drinks flowing.

Weetwood is a friendly, social environment. We pay a good hourly rate and provide full training.

Field Sales Representative

We are an established, independent brewery and distillery producing a high-quality range of award-winning beers and spirits which we supply to hundreds of customers in Cheshire, the North-West and North Wales. We’re well known for beers like Cheshire Cat, but have a growing range of cask ales, lagers, craft beers and spirits which have huge potential. We’re recruiting for a Field Sales Representative to join our team to develop new and existing business with these brands in all trade channels.

Time will be mainly spent in-trade, either winning new business or helping our existing customers grow sales of Weetwood’s beers and spirits. There will also be attendance at some festivals, shows, tastings and events, plus holiday cover for others in our team as necessary.

We are looking for someone who will be a great ambassador for Weetwood and all of our fantastic brands. Enjoyment of beers and spirits is a must. Excellent communication and listening skills and experience of selling to the on-trade are critical. A full driving licence is required.

We are offering a competitive package to attract the best candidates which will include car allowance, pension and generous product allowance.

We envisage the role being full-time and mainly Monday to Friday, although part-time applications from the right candidate could be considered and there will have to be flexibility on working time for occasional evening and weekend work.

  • £27,000 starting annual salary plus car allowance and pension.
  • Ongoing in-role support and mentoring.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • There will be very occasional evening and weekend work for customer events and festivals.
