The bittersweet zestiness of marmalade made from Seville oranges pairs magically with a juniper-led gin.
For our Marmalade Gin we chose the finest there is, Cheshire’s own Mrs Darlington’s. We use jars and jars of this both in the copper-pot during distillation, along with buckets of complementary botanicals, and then later to add sweetness and colour to the gin. As with all of our gins, this is created with Weetwood’s own grain spirit ensuring unique character and authenticity.
Pair with your favourite tonic and a slice of orange, or try as a base for a Marmalade Negroni.
